The Warmline helps parents and clients find answers to childhood disability questions.

The Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Telephone Information Warmline assists you with information about our programs and services as well as a range of topics and resources related to childhood disability. The warmline is made possible in partnership with Cisco Canada.

This telephone service offers live assistance from one of our family support specialists between the hours of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday to Friday. 

If you call the warmline outside the hours of operation, please leave the spelling of your name, and your area code, telephone number and any questions you may have, and a family support specialist will return your call by the next business day.
