Active Living
The Family Resource Centre provides recreation information and resources to make it easier for children and youth with disabilities and their families to increase their participation in recreation and leisure activities at home, at school and in the community.
Leisure Counselling is available to help families find out about recreation opportunities geared to their interests, needs and resources.
In addition, recreation information and consultation are available to recreation service providers, health professionals, teachers, students and volunteers for community development and support.
