Red Cross Swimming Lessons
We offer Red Cross swimming lessons for everyone - swimmers who have a disability, their siblings and everyone else in the community.
An opportunity for teens who are interested in improving their swimming skills while expanding their healthy and fitness options
Private Lessons
Have one of our fabulous instructors spend some quality time with your child/ren to work on the skills you would like to see improved.
Swim Club
Perfect for the swimmer who needs a change from lessons, or who wants to experience more in the pool.
Adult Aquafitness
Our Aquafitness programs are suitable for, but not limited to, people who have arthritis or fibromyalgia.
Adult Lessons
Adult Lessons it's never too late to learn!
Family Swim
A recreational swim time for individuals who have a disability (only) and for their families.
Quiet Swim
A time for adults who have a medical need to use warm water to come in with their spouses/friends.
Little Fish Drop-in Swim
An unstructured opportunity to enjoy our warm pool with children under the age of 6.

Pool Closures:
Occasionally the pool is closed unexpectedly. Please call our Pool Closure Hotline at 416-425-6220, extension 3065 to check the pool status before you make your way to the pool. The message will be changed as soon as a pool closure occurs.
