Clients & Families

If you are a new client to Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital you must obtain a referral from a physician to access programs and services at Holland Bloorview.

Referrals for Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Writing Aids Services are also accepted from occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and physiotherapists.

Once the referral is received, our staff will review the information on the form and will respond to the referral request.

Physicians
