Credit Bureau of Canada Collections visits Holland Bloorview

The kids and staff at Holland Bloorview Rehabilitation Hospital welcomed some very special visitors on December 19th. Tony Pampena and his staff at the Credit Bureau of Canada Collections distributed toys for the patients, including Xboxes and Kinect, movies, books, and toys for the Child Life program. They even brought Krispy Kremes for all the nurses, and made a generous cash donation to Holland Bloorview Foundation.

Tony Pampena is the VP of Collection Operations for the Credit Bureau. Every year the Bureau chooses a charitable foundation for its donation drive. For Tony choosing what charity to give to this holiday season was easy.

Tony has witnessed firsthand how Holland Bloorview creates a world without limits for children with disabilities. His niece has benefited from the hospital's therapeutic programs over the past 17 years.

Walking the halls of Holland Bloorview, Tony was reminded of the care and attention that the staff devote to the patients.

"Special recognition must be given to all of the nurses and administrative staff who have embraced these children as extensions of their own immediate families," he said. "It will be our pleasure to work with Holland Bloorview in future initiatives."

Holland Bloorview looks forward to seeing Tony and his staff again. The patients and staff are extremely grateful for their visit and thoughtful gifts. Happy holidays to Tony and his team at the Collection Operations for the Credit Bureau of Canada Collections!
