Community gifts
Community support is vital to Bloorview Kids Foundation. Community fundraising initiatives have a direct impact on the quality of life for so many children and opens doors to research and technology that can change a child’s life forever. Bloorview Kids Foundation is grateful to its community partners for their energy, passion and dedication.

Look Foxy For Bloorview
Leah Miller, a popular Canadian VJ, along with Suzie Orol and Jen Kluger, co-founders of Foxy Originals, designed a customized Infinity necklace and bracelet for Bloorview. The new jewellery has raised $4,188.

Laughs for Possibility
This new comedy event was organized and hosted by a Bloorview family. The inaugural event raised over $2,500 for Bloorview’s Nursery School.

Chillin’ for Kids
Chillin’ for Kids hosted the 3rd annual event at the Granite Club. Over 200 people attended and raised $95,000 to support vital sign monitors, arts programs and Communication Devices.

The 2nd annual Day at the Races event raised $70,000 for Bloorview.

Bloorview’s local Shoppers Drug Mart’s Tree of Life program raised $2,700 for Bloorview’s programs and services.

Residents of the Kilgour Estates hosted a holiday party and raised $3,100 to support The Independence Program at Bloorview. Nice neighbours!

Markham Craft Sale
Over 150 people attended this local community event for handmade items in support of Bloorview. This new initiative raised $6,500.

Over the past eight years, the Toronto Japanese Association’s Charity Golf Tournament has raised over $17,000 for Bloorview.

Auction of Possibility
Bloorview launched an online fundraiser on eBay. Bidders had an opportunity to bid on donated items including getaway packages, hotel and restaurant certificates, and signed sports memorabilia. The auction raised $10,701.

Home Again
Since 2001, Home Again has been selling recycled household products and proceeds support children with special needs.
