Post-Merger, June 30, 2009
On June 30th, 2009, Bloorview Children’s Hospital Foundation and Bloorview Kids Foundation merged. The new Bloorview Kids Foundation has an asset base of $53 million exclusively devoted to improving the health of children with disabilities. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Bloorview Kids Foundation will ensure significant continued support for Bloorview Kids Rehab and the cause of childhood disability.
The newly merged Bloorview Kids Foundation will provide important grants amounting to approximately $6 million in the fiscal year, which will be allocated to its many programs in care, research and education priorities.
