About Holland Bloorview Foundation

Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation is the largest foundation supporting childhood disability in Canada. The Foundation was established in 1996 to inspire community interest and raise funds in support of children and youth with disabilities at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.

In 2006, the Foundation completed its first ever campaign, the “$45 million Help Us Defy Disability” Campaign, in support of the capital costs of a new building, the Bloorview Research Institute and enhanced programs and services.

Thanks to our generous donors, the Foundation grants millions of dollars each year to Holland Bloorview.  Donor support enables our world-class medical care, research, education, and programs and services to enrich the lives of thousands of children with disabilities and their families.

Our vision is to enable community investment in Holland Bloorview, so that we are able to turn disability into possibility.
