Tom Flynn is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. He is the Executive Vice President and CFO of the Bank of Montreal.
Mr. Flynn was appointed to his current position in 2008, and leads a group that manages all of the bank's risks including credit, market and operational risk.
He joined a predecessor of BMO Capital Markets in 1992 and subsequently rose to the position of Managing Director and Group Head, Financial Services in the Investment and Corporate Banking group of BMO Capital Markets. He has also served as Executive Vice President Finance and Treasurer and Acting Chief Financial Officer of Bank of Montreal.
Mr. Flynn obtained his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and has his CA designation. He also sits on the boards of Moneris Solutions and Harris Financial Corporation.
Mr. Flynn joined the board of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation in 2009.
