Giorgina Bigioni is a former VP Group Publisher of St. Joseph Media/Key Publishers and the founder of The Kit. The Kit is a beauty and health based digital magazine property that has recently been acquired by Starmedia. Giorgina is the President and Publisher of The Kit.
A recent graduate of the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, Ms. Bigioni has extensive marketing and communications experience.
She has director experience with association and volunteer boards having served on numerous community boards and committees in the past. She is currently a Committee Member of Marketing for Look Good Feel Better and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Ms. Bigioni’s interests include the environment, family, traveling, fitness and nutrition. She has run various Toronto half marathons, Jasper/Banff Relay Race and the Paris Marathon in 2008. She has cycled Scotland and led cycling tours in Northern Italy and she also enjoys playing golf.
Ms. Bigioni joined the board of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation in 2009.
