Possibilities in research
Holland Bloorview’s research institute, established in 2004, is the only hospital-based childhood disability research institute in Canada. A multi-disciplinary team of scientists and clinical investigators work collaboratively with clinical staff, clients, families and students to generate research ideas and concepts, as well as conduct world-class, applied clinical research.
Holland Bloorview's research institute is dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities through client and family-centered rehabilitation research. We partner with clients and families to create a world of possibility through eleven research centres and labs to help kids meet their goals. As a result of our work, Holland Bloorview’s research institute is recognized around the world for leadership in the field of childhood disability.
