About Us

Policies & Practices: Visitor Policy

All visitors to the inpatient units (3rd floor) are required to wear an inpatient visitor badge. Each family will receive four of these badges upon admission, and will be asked to return them upon discharge.

All other inpatient visitors – including children who are not clients – are required to sign in at the front reception and receive a temporary visitor label. Visitor labels are dated and can be thrown out at the end of the visit. There is no need to sign out at reception.

Third floor staff will approach any person without a proper visitor label or family identification and direct them to reception.

A maximum of four visitors can visit at one time. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
