Robert Cranston

Bob Cranston is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, Business Law subsection, and is a partner of McMillan LLP (successor by merger to Lang Michener LLP).   His main areas of practice concern merger and acquisition transactions, advising financial institutions on regulatory and other corporate matters, and advising boards of directors and senior management on governance issues. 

He is former Director of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (now Toronto Rehab) and former Board Chair of the Toronto Rehab Institute Foundation.  He also has governance and leadership experience as the Board Chair and Governor of the Corporation of Roy Thomson Hall and Massey Hall, in Toronto. 

Bob is a member of the Bloorview Governance Committee of 2007–2011.
