About the Centre for Leadership
The Centre for Leadership mission is to support, through unparalleled partnerships, the co-creation and implementation of solutions for the most meaningful and healthy futures for all children, youth, families.
To achieve this mission we will focus on the following objectives:
- Support integrated clinical, research and education projects that identify, design, test and implement evidence-based solutions for children youth, families, and/or clinicians
- Build capacity in solution design, implementation and learning organization practices
The Centre for Leadership is a unique program in the health-care system that empowers families and staff to lead innovative and strategic work in the hospital and community. Since 2014, the Centre for Leadership has supported 108 projects that have launched new clinical programs, research studies and education across the hospital and in the community. With our new strategic focus on solution design, implementation and learning organization practices, we aim to tackle the system-wide challenge of implementing evidence-based solutions in people’s lives and the care they receive.
